“I thoroughly enjoyed the Azteca chicken and feel compelled to make a slight suggestion to further compliment the depth of flavor of the chicken. Because it is clearly a Latin dish, might I suggest serving it along with either fried or sautéed plantains and perhaps a jicama slaw salad or a fresh corn, tomato type salad instead of potatoes & green beans?? Please, know, however that the potatoes & vegetables were prepared beautifully Thank You” S
